[Province of Graz – Central Europe] The Diocese of Graz-Seckau was founded 800 years ago. Previously, the area belonged to the Archdiocese of Salzburg. In this jubilee year, 2018, there are many opportunities for dialogue, social activities, pilgrimages and prayer times.
The Women’s Congregations decided to have an open house in the communities for an informational afternoon, because there are many people, who pass by houses of our communities without knowing who lives and works there. Therefore, for example, they invited interested people under motto “Ring and come in …”
The Daughters of Charity of St. Vincent de Paul invited people on 26 May 2018 with the subject: “Community strengthens” for a visit to the Provincial House in Graz. The visitors had the opportunity to get to know our community prayer, our house and its history, the chapel, our charism in togetherness and mission. All sisters enjoyed meeting the eight visitors, to dialogue with them and to experiece their interest and their attention.
