In a global context marked by significant challenges and profound changes, the 70th session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW70), held at United Nations Headquarters in New York, reaffirmed the urgent need to strengthen access to justice, remove barriers to equality, and promote the dignity of every woman and girl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Daughters of Charity took part in this important international gathering, bringing the voices of the most vulnerable and sharing the experience they live each day alongside communities affected by poverty, migration, violence, human trafficking, and limited access to education and justice.
