He balanced his life with contemplation (deepening his relationship with God), action (serving others), and celebration of gratitude (appreciating divine grace). For our ministry to continue during the global crises such as pandemics, deepening poverty, and environmental degradation, and to be done according to God’s will, the values of St. Vincent de Paul can guide us to build a more compassionate world. Every individual can change the world. Our hurting world needs more ‘Vincent de Pauls’ today.
