From September 17–20 of this year, Sisters from the three Polish Provinces—Chełmno-Poznań, Kraków, and Warsaw—gathered at the Provincial House in Warsaw for a formation retreat for Sisters between 26 and 35 years into their vocation.
The theme of the sessions—rich in both “everyday life” and spiritual content—was a quote from the Gospel of St. John 15:11: “That your joy may be complete.”
The sessions were led by Ms. Zofia Rubini, a psychotherapist and spiritual director, along with the Provincial Superiors and the guest speaker, Bishop Michał Janocha.

The focal point of each day was the Eucharist, communal and individual prayer, and moments of shared joy with the Sisters living at the Provincial House.
On Saturday, the Sisters visited the Basilica of the Holy Cross, where Parish Priest Bartosz Pikul gave a brief overview of the basilica’s history. Afterwards, the Sisters attended the noon Mass.
The gathering concluded on Sunday with the Rosary and a blessing with the Blessed Sacrament, followed by a shared lunch.
