On November 14-17, more than 300 members of the Vincentian Family came together in Rome for four days dedicated to reflection, dialogue, and collaboration, with the goal of strengthening our common commitment to the service of those who are most deprived.
The closing day, participants had the joy of participating in Mass at the Basilica of St. Peter’s, presided by Pope Francis, celebrating the World Day of the Poor.
Before the celebration of the Eucharist, and with a delegation from the Vincentian Family, the Holy Father blessed keys of the “13 Houses” Project. The project was inspired by the Vincentian charism, and aims to offer housing to those most in need.
