At the Motherhouse, the Vincentian session for Sisters with 7 to 15 years of vocation concludes with joy, gratitude, and a commitment to the future.

There were 73 Sisters from various backgrounds participated in the Vincentian session at the Motherhouse over these weeks. It was a time to return to their roots, deepen their charism, reflect on their vocational and fraternal experience, and look toward the future together.
This year, their reflection resonated deeply with the theme of the upcoming 2027 General Assembly: "Artisans of Peace and Hope."

What does it mean to be an artisan of peace and hope today? How can we become one in our communities, in our missions, alongside people living in poverty, and in a world marked by so many divisions and uncertainties?
Through meetings, prayer times, exchanges, and teachings, the Sisters deepened key elements of the Company's charism in light of these questions. However, they also wanted to go further: moving from reflection to commitment.

Together, they prepared a document expressing the commitments they wish to undertake to become true artisans of peace and hope wherever they are sent. This document will be presented to the members of the 2027 General Assembly as their contribution to the overall reflection of the Company.
And because gratitude is also an integral part of the Vincentian spirit, the session could not end without a time of celebration!

The Sisters presented a festive evening for the Sisters of the Motherhouse filled with joy, creativity, songs, and the richness of their diverse cultures. Through this evening, they wished to express their gratitude to the entire Company for the warm welcome, the experience of formation and fraternity, and the journey walked together.
Each Sister will return to her province, local community, and mission. Yet, they carry with them a shared conviction: peace and hope are built every day through simple gestures, encounters, choices, and a spirit of service.
