In this year when we remember the “Light of Pentecost,” the celebration of the apparitions of the Virgin Mary to Saint Catherine and the anniversary of the founding of the Company of the Daughters of Charity is a time of grace, when each one allows the Holy Spirit to take possession of oneself in order to pass from the darkness of war, selfishness and indifference to the light of the TRUE LIFE of the reign of God where justice and peace shall kiss (Ps 85,10).
